A Brief History
MD Spa Shop officially started out as Wholesale Medical in 2003, but began providing products and services in the late ‘90’s. Founder Mark Lynch started the company in Colorado and eventually opened an office in California as well.
Chance Rucker took over circa 2011 and invited Dustin Freeborn to join the team. Chance and Dustin purchased the company from Mark in 2014 and have been operating solely out of Colorado ever since.

The company culture at MD Spa Shop was lucky enough to have been formed by Mark Lynch. If you know him, you know what a kind, generous, and enjoyable person he is. These charismatic traits inevitably spilled over into his work.
We like to think we’ve carried his legacy and added our own touch. Most of what we know and practice regarding company culture we’ve adopted from the team at Zappos.com.
If you’ve never heard of the story of Zappos or their culture, a book called Delivering Happiness is a must read. It’s an amazing story and is packed with gems. We enjoyed it so much we brought the whole team to tour their campus to get a better feel for how the operation runs.

We’re aware that anyone can start a business in this industry. The same can be said about your industry. As you well know, in order to stand out and differentiate ourselves from the competition, we have to make it all about the customer.
When you’re purchasing a piece of equipment, you’re not buying it for the sake of the equipment itself, you’re trying to grow or improve your business; you’re trying to provide more value to your customers. The Bottom Line
We’ve been doing this for a long time. Whatever you need, we’ve got you covered. New mag lamp? Sure. Entire med spa with several rooms of lasers and equipment? No problem. Expect to be taken care of quickly, courteously, and don’t expect to break the bank. If you’re looking for a partner who can provide the “small business” feel and service level, you’ve found us.
